The ground floor is partly occupied by the post office, which leads through to a back office area, with kitchen facilities and a staff washroom. Four self-contained flats are arranged on the remainder of the ground floor, the first floor and the second floor and are accessed via their own entrance hallway. Offers in the region of £460,000 + SAV were sought for the freehold interest of Llanelli Docks Post Office and it was sold for an undisclosed sum.
