Alder King have sold Unit 3 on the Pen y Fan Industrial Estate, Oakdale on behalf of Celtic Property Developments. UNITEC purchased the unit, paying £1,250,000 for the freehold.
The unit is a detached self-contained warehouse/production facility, with two storey offices at the front and extends to 29,824 sq ft.
Alder King and Lambert Smith Hampton are joint letting agents on Pen y Fan Industrial Estate.

Cardiff
Unit 10, Quay Point, Collivard Place, Ocean Park, Cardiff has been let to Hendre by Emvic Properties, represented by DTZ and Atisreal.
The 3,000 sq ft property has been taken on a five year lease for £18,000 pa with a four month rent free period.
