South Wales developer Macob has completed an investment sale and letting at Greenmeadow Springs Business Park in Coryton, Cardiff.
4 Village Way has been sold to investment and asset management business London & Oriental for £4.1m. The 20,293 sq ft building is let to Barratt, Connaught, Clarke Bond Group and most recently Bank of
Meanwhile Barratt Homes has taken an additional 3,400 sq ft at its south Wales regional headquarters, which it will let at £14.75 psf on a eight year lease. This takes its total occupation at the site to 11,304 sq ft. Emanual Jones and DTZ are joint letting agents for Macob.
