DTZ and Ian Scott International, acting on behalf of Sockline, a joint venture between Capital & Provident and Coast Properties, has completed the sale of the COSi (Creative Outsourcing Solutions International) factory at Maesteg for £7.75m. The 290,000 sq ft unit 		was let to COSi on a 20-year lease from July 2001 at £550,655 pa, with a topped up rent of £638,360 pa until the next review.
The resulting investment was purchased by a private offshore client of Andrew Thomas Property Consultants.
