Land
Henry Boot Developments Ltd has acquired land allocated for the second phase of Baglan Bay Retail Park from Hammerson for £1.8m where is plans to develop four retail units.
Development is to commence on site in Autumn 2007 with the
Markham Vaughan Gillingham acted on behalf of Henry Boot Developments in the purchase of the land and will also be advising on the letting of the units in conjunction with Calan Retail. Hartnell Taylor Cook acted for Hammerson in its sale of the land.
