Swansea Lambert Smith Hampton has completed the sale of the long leasehold interest of 6D Lion Way, Enterprise Park, Swansea. Acting on behalf of a pensions company, sold the industrial property to local company Compass International Trading Ltd. The 1,665 sq m (17,932 sq ft) building was sold for the sum of £715,000. It was held on a long leasehold term of 99 years from February 1989 on a reviewable ground rent.		Swansea Unit 7, Phoenix Business Park, Swansea Enterprise Park has been let by Campus Properties to Tyco Fire & Integrated Solutions on a seven-year lease with a rent of £12,040 pa. The unit comprises 3,000 sq ft. Lambert Smith Hampton acted for Campus Properties and DTZ acted for Tyco.
