Enterprise Central in Swansea has been sold by Minton Group plc to The
Rhodes Park Estate Property Trading Partnership for £1,875,000.
The long leasehold sale is part vacant possession and part investment.
The floor space covers 20,000 sq ft. Fletcher Morgan and Lambert Smith
Hampton acted for the vendor and Steve j Evans acted for the purchaser.
