Holder Mathias Architects, of London and Cardiff, has gained planning consent for the redevelopment of the Cambrian Centre, Newport, which is now known as City Spires.
The mixed-use scheme for client Modus includes sustainable 		elements including wind turbines for electricity generation solar water heating for the offices. A 112 bedroom hotel, retail units, offices, residential and a dramatically improved car park are all part of the scheme.
