Aberystwyth The Local Shopping REIT (LSR) have recently acquired 23/25 Terrace Road, Aberystwyth, a mixed retail and residential investment, at a figure of £475,000 reflecting a net initial yield of 7.1%. The property comprises a four storey building currently arranged as two ground floor shops with ancillary staff accommodation at first floor level together with independently accessed residential		accommodation on two floors over. The property currently produces an annual rental income of £35,100 pa principally secured on the two ground floor tenants.
