Lambert Smith Hampton has sold a speculative industrial complex in Pembroke
Dock.
Acting on behalf of Cambrian Windows Ltd, LSH and local agent Guy Thomas
& Co, have sold Thomas Court and Unit 1 London Road, Poolman Court for
the sum of £1.57m. The 5,716.79 sq m (61,535 sq ft) multi-building
development has been purchased by Cardiff based property investors, Penarth
Estates Ltd.
The site forms part of the former Welsh Development Agency development off
London Road, on the fringe of Pembroke Dock. The size of units range from
223.04 sq m (2,401 sq ft) and 2,229.64 sq m |

sq ft). At the time of the purchase only one tenant existed in a small unit
at Poolman Court. The buildings are a mixture of freehold and long leasehold.
Merthyr Tydfil
Acting on behalf of E P L, Emanuel Jones have sold 50 High Street, Merthyr
Tydfil to private clients for £700,000.
The freehold is let to Orange for 10 years from 29 September 2007 at £43,500
pa, which represents at yield of 6%. Cooke & Arkwright represented the
purchaser. |
