Pencoed A UK digital forensic consultancy has expanded its south Wales HQ with the purchase of an additional 6,000 sq ft of office space at Bocam Park, Pencoed. Fields Associates has secured a £900,000 deal with developers Macob, for units 12 and 13 in phase two of the business park and will retain the 3,200 sq ft unit purchased in phase one in 2005. Stratford Collins Financial Consultants has also signed a five year		lease for 1,500 sq ft on the first floor of 17 Bocam Park at £13.75 psf. Agents for Bocam Park are Emanuel Jones. Cardiff Acting on behalf of D Herbert (Builders) Ltd, Cooke & Arkwright have sold Resolven House, St Mellons, Cardiff, to a private purchaser. The premises comprise 3,010 sq ft and were sold for £450,000.
