St
Mellons
The continuing transformation of St Mellons into a modern centre for business
has taken another step forward as work begins on a new office development
alongside the recently refurbished Fountain House.
Fountain Court is being developed by Wingwest (Fountain Lane) Ltd, the joint
venture company headed up by Ken Haines, chairman of the Fifehead Group,
and Paul Ryan, Wingwests development director, in partnership with
Jonathan Hodge of Carlyle Property.
Due for completion in May 2008, Fountain Court is the joint ventures
first project and will offer two units of 10,500 sq ft offering flexible
accommodation together with car parking.
The new offices are being built by Stradform, Wingwests sister company.
Powell Dobson is the architect and RPA is project manager. DTZ, King Sturge
and Fletcher Morgan have been appointed as agents for the scheme. |
