Cardiff Wingwest has entered into a joint venture with Carlyle Property to develop two new office buildings alongside Fountain House in Fountain Lane, St Mellons. The new joint venture company, Wingwest (Fountain Lane) Ltd, is headed up by Ken Haines, chairman of Fifehead plc and Paul Ryan, Wingwests development director, in partnership with Jonathan Hodge of Carlyle Property. This is expected to be the first of several |

to be undertaken by the new partnership within South Wales and the South
West. The two new units will each offer 10,500 sq ft of flexible accommodation. The scheme is to be built by Stradform, Wingwests sister company with Powell Dobson as architect and RPA as project manager. Completion is set for May 2008.
