Actng on behalf of Estrkin Developments Ltd, joint agents Cooke & Arkwright and Allsops LLP have sold 36 High Street, Rhyl to a private purchaser for £712,500. The premises comprise 1,653 sq ft and are let on a 15 year lease to Game Store Group Ltd at £47,000 pa. This represents a yield of 6.3%.

Acting on behalf of private vendor, Fletcher Morgan have sold Unit 2, Greenmeadow Springs Business Park, Cardiff to private trust clients for £900,000. The premises comprise 4,860 sq ft and are let on a fri lease to Oval 2125 Ltd from December 2006. The yield achieved was 7%. Cooke & Arkwright represented the private trust clients.
