Acting on behalf of private landlords, Lambert Smith Hampton have left office premises at 4 and 5 Tawe Business Village in Swansea’s Enterprise Park.
The office premises which both comprise a net internal area of 1,155 sq ft have been let to VRM Swansea, who have taken number 5 and Bensons Watkins Solicitors who have taken number 4.
Both properties have been let on similar terms at the asking rental of £11.21 psf.
