Impression of new development at Langstone Business Park
Newport

Work has begun on a new 11,000 sq ft office development at the Langstone Business Park, near Newport.
The building is the latest addition to the 3.4-acre business park scheme off J24 of the M4.
The latest building – to be named Galahad House – is part of the £20m development being created at Langstone by Rombourne Ltd.
The fast-tracked construction will see the building completed and ready for occupation in March of next year.
Another 5,400 sq ft of office space is now available at Excalibur House, while the 30,000 sq ft Guinevere House will be ready for occupation in January.
The joint selling agents for Guinevere House, Excalibur House and the new Galahad House are DTZ Debenham Tie Leung and Fletcher Morgan.

Newport
Solid interest is being shown in the £9m speculative office building being built at Newport’s Celtic Springs Business Park.
The 35,000 sq ft building on the 45-acre business park is set for completion in the spring.
The building, CS 3000 is a grade A, three storey, two wing, six floor speculative office building and is being constructed by joint venture partners AWG Property and Robert Hitchins.
The development is due for completion in February 2008.
Joint agents for the scheme are Hutchings & Thomas and Knight Frank.
