Planning
Macob has completed the groundworks on its £10m flagship office and multi-storey car park development in Pontypridd and contactor Opco is taking the project into the next phase of construction.
Pennant House, St Catherine’s Corner, is a 39,395 sq ft scheme situated opposite Sardis Road on the corner of Gelliwastad Road.
Units will range from 1,300 to 14,000 sq ft. Rhondda Cynon Taff
Macob is working to a 21-month construction schedule alongside appointed contractors Opco following collaboration between Macob, Rhondda Cynon Taff Council and the Welsh Assembly Government.
DTZ Debenham Tie Leung and Emanuel Jones are joint agents for the development.
