Nottingham
Nottinghamshire-based Rushcliffe Developments has attracted one of the country's leading environmental consultancies as the first occupant at Aspect 26 Business Park.
In a deal brokered by joint agents DTZ and Innes England, SLR Consulting Ltd has moved its 50-strong East Midlands operation to 8,361 sq ft of Grade A office space at Aspect House on a 10-year lease at a rent of £14 psf.

Peterborough
A fund managed by Pinder Fry & Benjamin LLP has let 6,005 sq ft of business park office space in Peterborough to ABF Holdings Ltd.
ABF has taken Unit 36, the last available space on the 23,850 sq ft speculative office development, Tyndall Court, located at Peterborough Business Park. The lease is for 10 years, with a five year break, at a rent of £77,000 pax of business rates and VAT.
The office unit was developed by Cheshire-based Gladman Developments and marketed jointly with PFB. It is one of more than 100 units acquired from Gladman by GOLD 12 Property Plus LP, a commercial property investment fund advised and managed by PFB.
PFB and Gladman were advised by Budworth Hardcastle and Barker Storey Matthews. ABF represented themselves.
