Worksop
Workspace units at Worksop's Shireoaks networkcentre are continuing
to attract new occupiers and investment to the area, with two further
businesses recently taking occupancy.
Peacocks Windows, Doors and Conservatories has taken a 1,770 sq ft unit
at the increasingly popular, former coalfield site which was developed
by Network Space Ltd to attracted new businesses and drive employment
opportunities into the area.
The units were let off a quoting rental of £4.50 psf.
Burton-on-Trent
Parker & Son (Printers) Ltd has taken the first two units totalling
4,800
sq ft in Burton-on-Trents Wetmore
Maltsters.
Developers Odin Estates, who are backed by Hillarys Properties
Ltd, which
is transforming a three-acre former maltings site close to the town
centre
into a major industrial and commercial business centre, report that
the sale
at £83.33 psf represents a significant deal in the current market.
Rushton Hickman and North Rae Sanders are Odin Estates joint agents.

Walsall
The Walsall Rubber Co Ltd, Bridgeman Street, Walsall, comprising a total
of 686.8 sq m (7,393 sq ft), has been let to a new tenant on an fri
lease for a term of five years for £15,000 pax.
