Oldbury
The biggest shed deal seen in the Black Country this year has been completed by King Sturge‘s Birmingham-based industrial team on behalf of the Minton Group.
Partner Carl Durrant and his colleagues let all 130,000 sq ft of Trinity Point, in Oldbury, to Crown House Technologies which is the UK’s leading fabricator of modular building services with experience ranging from commercial offices to world class buildings such as BAA’s Heathrow Terminal 5 and Ascot Race Course.
In 2004, Crown House Technologies became part of Laing O’Rourke, which is the largest privately owned construction solutions provider in the UK.
Trinity Point is a prime industrial location, formally occupied by Floors-2-Go and overlooks the M5 close to junction 2 and less than six miles from the M42.
Gerald Eve acted for Crown House Technologies. Colliers act as joint agents with King Sturge.
