A successful local businessman has recently purchased The Blue Mile public house at 18 Cowley Road, Littlemore, Oxford.
The Blue Mile comprises an ex public house with ancillary buildings, car parking and yard with a three-bedroom flat above, all on a site totalling 0.242 acres.
White Commercial Surveyors acted on behalf of Enterprise Inns plc in the disposal and achieved a value for the premises in excess of £300,000.
