Birmingham
Lambert Smith Hampton has assigned a lease at Blackthorn House in St
Pauls Square, Birmingham, after successfully securing a change
of use for the office premises.
MGD Ltd, trading as Cabbage White Dry Cleaning Ltd, took on the lease,
which had a quoting rent of £7,250 a year. LSH acted on behalf
of the assignor, Crown Fine Art Brokers.

Gladman Developments has disposed of 2,200 sq ft of accommodation at
Mitchell Court, its speculative office development in Rugby.
GLP Holdings Ltd has acquired the freehold of unit 6, for an undisclosed
price. Lambert Smith Hamptons Northampton office and Storers acted
for Gladman Developments. GLP Holdings represented itself. The quoting
price for the unit was £374,000.

has been let to Care Options Ltd on a three year lease for £12,750
pax.
