Drake Commercial have been appointed as sole agents for
the county, for a huge new business hub expected to create
a thousand jobs.
The £10m project has been launched near J14 of the
M1 at Newport Pagnall and will fill a huge gap for affordable
office and industrial space for entrepreneurs and businesses
that want space near the motorway network.
Said partner Tony Drake: This is a huge development
which will see a former storage warehouse and offices converted
into a hi-tech business hub that will offer businesses instant
premises without the hassle of long leases.
The buildings have been bought by the highly respected business
premises company, bucks.biz.com who have a reputation for
above average accommodation, no-hassle rents and looking
after their tenants. They are fraternal in their attitude
to tenants and it shows in the stress-free atmosphere at
their business centres.
Millions of pounds are being ploughed into this new project
to make it one of the finest business centres in Britain,
with work underway just days after the company completed
the sale earlier this month. We expect units in the main
offices to be ready for occupation in the autumn.
The new centre Interchange House will feature
eco-friendly systems throughout. A first floor terrace and
verandah will promote a café society
feel and there will be separate entrances for industrial
and business users, with business meeting and conference
facilities off the new £500,000 reception area.
