Investment in a refurbishment has paid off for the owners
of the Carina Building in Linford Wood Business Centre,
Milton Keynes.
BRP Group has signed a 10-year lease on 6,160 sq ft in order
to relocate their operations from Luton and Brackley and
set up a new headquarters in Milton Keynes.
Douglas Duff managed the deal.
The refurbishment by the landlord, CBRE Investors, included
a brand new four-pipe air conditioning system, total rewiring,
new raised floors and high quality suspended ceilings, new
toilet and reception areas with feature lighting.
