The office agency team of GVA Grimley has completed a letting
on behalf of Shatto Holdings Ltd at Centre City in Birmingham.
Perceptive Informatics has taken a five year lease of the
eigth floor, totalling 7,500 sq ft at £12.50 psf with
an undisclosed rent free period. The new occupier was represented
by PSK Knighton.
