IM Properties continues to reinforce its executive team with new appointments to the investment and asset management functions.
John Hammond, a former director and principal of the capital markets team of the Birmingham office of CBRE Richard Ellis will head up Warwick based IM Properties investment team building on half year acquisitions of £25m with a further £50m under offer.
Andrew Baker joins IM properties in the role of property surveyor focussing on the asset management of the company’s geographic diversity of €140m (£166.6m) European holdings and also the south east of England office portfolio.
