Bromsgrove
Developer Chase Commercial has teamed up with Barpro Group
Ltd to build a new DIY store, in a regeneration scheme that
will create much-needed jobs for Bromsgrove.
The two companies have gone into partnership, to redevelop
Barpro's former manufacturing site in Sherwood Road. The
prime, 4.2-acre site fronts the A38 and has planning consent
for a 40,000 sq ft DIY store which, the joint partners say,
could eventually be the town's only major DIY retail outlet.
Harris Lamb acted for Barpro whilst Ramsdens provided advice
to Chase Commercial.
