Birmingham
16 Newton Road, Great Barr, Birmingham, comprising a total of 1,007 sq ft and a two bed self-contained flat that is currently tenanted at a rental of £270 pcm has been let to Jeet Singh Sahota on a 15 year lease for £14,000 pax.
Michael Tromans & Co handled the deal on behalf of the landlord.
