Towler Shaw Roberts have completed the sale of the 5 Castle
Gates, Shrewsbury which occupied a prominent position on
one of the main approach routes into the town centre. The
property provided ground and lower ground floor accommodation
extending to 82.7 (890 sq ft) with a large glazed double
frontage. The premises have been sold off the asking price
of £95,000 to a local businesswoman. Anna James of
Turnbull Garrard in Shrewsbury acted for the purchaser with
Paul Grundy of Landlaw in Manchester representing the vendor.
