The decision by landlords MEPC to create an enterprise hub of four office suites from a 6,000 sq ft office building in the Elmwood phase at Chineham Park has produced rapid results.
Following the letting to GIST People Services in December 2009, the remainder of the building has been let in three suites to Hello Paris. Markwins International and Grafton Merchanting.
The suites that have been let range in size from 1,225 to 1,600 sq ft and headline rents of up to £14.00 psf have been achieved.
