at Kernick Business Park, Penryn. The unit offered approx
123 sq m (1,327 sq ft) and provided a small office, W.C.
and workshop in addition to the workshop space.
The premises were well-located being close to Asda and the
A39 Falmouth distributor road. Unit 10 was offered with
an assignment of an existing lease, which expires in 2019,
at an asking rent of £7,500 pax.
The new tenant is Jake Howard, who manufactures in wood.
