Acting on behalf of WPD Investments, Vickery Holman have
let a small storage yard on Belgrave Lane, Plymouth.
The small yard which was made secure through the installation
of secure fencing and offered good accessibility to Mutley
Plain and the surrounds.
Following a full marketing campaign, the site was let to
Mr Fellows for use as storage and additional parking at
a rent of £4,000 pa on a new five-year fri lease.
