Truro
Miller Commercial of Truro announce the sale of Kenwyn Caravan Park, which is located on the northern outskirts of the city of Truro, to Regency Park Homes.
The long established site was licensed for 86 residential pitches and stands in just over 5.5 acres. It also included a garage and workshop providing 2,800 sq ft.
The agents acted for the Trustees of the John Penhaligon Estate.
Kenwyn Caravan Park was marketed off a guide price of £3m and the sale price was not disclosed.
