Agents Vickery Holman have sold a development opportunity
within the Southway suburb of Plymouth.
The former Southway Doctors Surgery in Bampfyide Way, Plymouth
had planning consent to convert the existing two storey
building into five residential apartments, and was made
available through relocation. The surgery already included
an integral one bedroom flat and planning consent was granted
in September 2008 to create four two-bed and one three-bed
flats.
The property was sold for close to the asking price of £200,000.
