Copplestone
The Spar Store in the mid-Devon village of Copplestone has
been sold to Adrian Courtenay by the Exeter office of leading
business agents, Christie & Co.
The business occupies the site of a former garage workshop
in the centre of the village and the conversion of the site
to its current format was completed in March 2009. The site
comprises a 1,400 sq ft single storey shop unit with ancillary
areas and adjoining barn and good size customer car park.
An asking price of £650,000 was being sought for the
freehold interest of the Spar Store in Copplestone and it
was sold for an undisclosed sum.
