Port Talbot
Baglan Industrial Estate in Port Talbot has attracted two
new high profile tenants. Sonalyst, headed by Port Talbot
born Rory Madden, has taken Unit 4 and Vector International
Ltd has taken Unit 16.
Acting on behalf of the Industrial Development Partnership,
the Swansea office of Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH), has secured
the letting of Unit 4, a detached industrial/warehouse amounting
to 24,989 sq ft on 1.94 acres, to Rory Madden for a term
of two years at a rental of £55,000 pa.
Acting on behalf of a local investor, LSH also agreed the
letting of unit 16, a 26,206 sq ft property previously occupied
by Tyregenics, to Vector International Ltd which was represented
by Hirons Morgans & Yapp, on a new five-year lease at
an average rental of £72,352 pax.
