Simon Rees, Gerald Eve

Project Manager
GVA Grimley in Cardiff has a new regional head of building project management and consultancy. Mark Weare, who previously worked for EC Harris in Cardiff, is a qualified Chartered Building Surveyor with 20 years experience, in particular within project management.

New team
Simon Rees, head of Gerald Eve’s Cardiff office, is to take on the new role of managing partner of the firm this autumn following management changes and the firm’s conversion to a LLP.
Simon will take up his role on the executive board in the autumn. He will move to Gerald Eve’s London head office to take up what will essentially be a full-time management position.

New firm
Jehu Project Services has created an operating company dedicated to serving Pembrokeshire and the wider region.
Based in Merlin’s Bridge, Haverfordwest, Jehu West Ltd has been set up to service growing business in west Wales.
