The former Motorworld shop in Ebbw Vale is to be taken over
by a company of independent opticians.
Alder King acted on behalf of Brickman Yale to sell 8-8A
Market Street in Ebbw Vale to Darlington Opticians off an
asking price of £125,000.
The property, a mid terraced two-storey retail unit, extends
to 945 sq ft and is situated on the pedestrianised section
of Market Street in the town centre.
