X-Leisure has announced that The Restaurant Group has taken three new restaurants at X-Leisure destinations across the UK; Chiquitas is to open at Tower Park Poole and Bentley Bridge, Wolverhampton while Frankie and Benny’s has taken a unit at Parrs Wood in Manchester.
Chiquitas has taken
3,903 sq ft at Tower Park, Poole.
Chiquitas has also just opened its doors at Bentley Bridge where is has
taken a 4,156 s ft unit on a 25 year lease with five yearly reviews.
Frankie and Benny’s has taken a 3,350 sq ft unit at Parrs Wood in
Manchester on a 25 year lease and plan to open imminently.
