ATS Euromaster has rationalised its roster of property advisors in a drive to reduce costs and improve the quality of its estate. ATS Euromaster appointed Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP and Gerald Eve as property advisors for their national portfolio of more than 525 properties following a competitive bid process.
Hartnell Taylor Cook LLP takes responsibility for ATS Euromaster’s portfolio in southern England and south Wales from its London,
Bristol and Plymouth
offices; whilst Gerald Eve’s Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester,
Newcastle and Glasgow offices are instructed on ATS Euromaster’s
properties in northern England, north Wales and Scotland.
The work will encompass all areas of property including rating, valuation,
landlord & tenant, agency, planning, compulsory purchase, management,
dilapidations and investment.
