Goadsby Hotels & Leisure Division have recently let the former El Gringos Restaurant unit in Poole Hill, Bournemouth.
The premises will now undergo an extensive and complete refurbishment and will reopen as a Ranchos South American Steakhouse Restaurant at the beginning of June.
The new restaurant is the fourth unit in the Ranchos portfolio, following the opening of their Poole branch at the end of last year, which Goadsby also let.
Mark Nurse from Goadsby said: “The opening of the Ranchos Steakhouse Restaurant will have a significant positive impact on the area, particularly as it is such a prominent building. The Poole Hill area is becoming an important Bournemouth culinary destination, with a number of established pubs and restaurants trading in the immediate vicinity.”
