The retail unit, which provides a total ground floor area of 44.8 sq m (482 sq ft) has been let under a new ten year full repairing and insuring lease, subject to an upward only rent review at the expiry of the fifth year of the term and a tenant's break option, together with a six month rent free period.
The rent is £25,000 pax.
