Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has appointed Owen Jones as Associate Director.
Owen (35) joins the national firm of property consultants to head up its Investment team in the West Region working alongside Darren Sheward in Bristol, and Lee Mogridge in Wales. Hollie Ruddle has also bolstered the team having joined from the Bristol valuation department.
Owen will be delivering investment advice and services in the capital markets in both the South West of England and Wales. He brings a wealth of agency and client-side experience having worked previously at agencies DTZ, CBRE and King Sturge and at private property companies in central London and the property finance team at Lehman Brothers.
Commenting on his new role Owen said: "LSH has a great platform with its regional office structure and strong team ethos. Working within such an experienced team I'm well placed to service the needs of our clients, those locally based and in London, utilising the strength of our well established offices in Bristol, Swansea and Cardiff."
