Lambert Smith Hampton find right premises for Storage Giant22nd April 2012

Simon Williams, Storage Giant, left and Jason Thorne, Lambert Smith HamptonNational commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has helped Storage Giant Ltd find the ideal location for its expansion into Swansea.

Storage Giant Ltd is the largest self-storage business in south Wales and sought to consolidate its position as the market leader by opening a new facility in the Enterprise Park, adding to its existing portfolio of units in Newport and Cardiff.

“Location was the crucial factor,” said Storage Giant’s owner and Managing Director Simon Williams, “the Enterprise Park is ideal for our customers, not only domestic and commercial clients looking for storage facilities, but also those customers looking for flexible office space.”

As well as providing storage solutions ranging in size from a 10 sq ft locker space up to a 500 sq ft area, Storage Giant has carved out a market among those companies looking for offices and conference facilities. “Our clients appreciate the flexible terms we offer, the all inclusive price structure and the high specification finish of the office space,” said Williams.

The property on Upper Fforest Way was purchased for £630,000 late last year and the company has since made a significant investment in order to strip out and remodel the interior as well as installing high specification facilities for its customers.
