Following the recent sale of 28 Middlegate, FHP Property Consultants Limited have now completed the letting of the property, on behalf of private landlords, to Phase Eight (Fashion & Designs) Limited for a term of ten years, subject to tenants' break clause after five years at a rental of £27,500 pax.
The tenant is now undertaking shop fit works. This letting strengthens the trading profile of Middlegate, where there are now a number of well known fashion brands, including Fat Face, Masdings and Country Casuals.
