Acting on behalf of private landlords, Fareham based commercial property consultants, Hellier Langston, have negotiated a new letting of ground floor offices at 2 East Street, Fareham to Buzz People Recruitment.
The prominent town centre offices, 1,000 sq ft approx (92.9 sq m) have been let on a new ten year lease (five year break clause) at a commencing rent of £15,000 per annum.
