Leading recruitment agency, g2 Recruitment has acquired newly refurbished space at Broad Quay House in Bristol city centre. The letting, agreed by DTZ, part of UGL Services, and Jones Lang LaSalle on behalf of Standard Life Investments, is the first since the office scheme underwent a recent comprehensive refurbishment.
g2 Recruitment has taken 3,465 sq ft on the fourth floor of the building, located on Broad Quay floating harbour, on a ten year lease
Broad Quay House has 76,500 sq ft of Grade A space over eight floors and is one of the most prominent buildings in the city centre. It has raised floors, air conditioning and views of both the harbour and Queen Square.
Andy Heath, Director, Office agency at DTZ in Bristol, said: “This is a great example of how a substantial refurbishment can help breathe new life into a building and attract tenants seeking centrally located, good quality accommodation. The building offers the best of both worlds with close proximity to Bristol Temple Meads station, easy access to Queen Square and Clifton, as well as excellent views.”
