Laura Kwiecinski, Innes England

Innes England graduate surveyor Laura Kwiecinski has become a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Laura achieved a first time pass in the Assessment of Professional Competence to become an elected member of the RICS.

This is the latest success for Innes England’s RICS accredited training programme, which runs across the firms three regional offices in Nottingham, Derby and Leicester. The firm currently has three other trainees on its APC programme, as well as surveyors from its clients The Money Shop, Pendragon and Sladen Estates.

Laura said: “I am delighted and relieved to finally achieve chartered status. Since joining Innes England just over a year ago I have received a high level of structured support and practical experience in all aspects of work within the company’s professional department assisting with valuations and landlord and tenant instructions. This, along with our in-house APC study sessions, ensured that I was fully prepared for the final APC interview, helping me to achieve a first time pass. I am now looking forward to my career as a chartered surveyor.”

Robert Hartley, managing director of Innes England said: “We strongly believe in nurturing home grown talent and I’m delighted for Laura in achieving a first time pass. We are proud of our APC training programme and feel that by supporting our trainees throughout the learning process, they acquire a great deal of confidence which prepares them for when they qualify. Laura is a great addition to our growing team.”
