RO Developments has completed a raft of new deals at Amber House, its town centre office building on Market Street, Bracknell, Berkshire.
Bracknell Forest Council has taken 3,578 sq ft on part of the second floor at a rent of £53,670 pa for a term of two years.
Impressive Solutions, a property management software company, has signed a one year lease on 1,350 sq ft, on part of the ground floor for a rent of £20,250 per annum.
In addition, several current tenants are renewing their leases including Jaltek Design Services who renewed its lease for another five years, on 1,477 sq ft of space on the first floor at a rent of £22,632 per annum.
