The building extends to approximately 1,001 sq ft (93 sq m) and comprises an office, WC facilities, and an open span warehouse with yard area.
Acting on behalf of the landlord, Angela Holland of Bulleys said: “We are delighted to have agreed a lease to Rope Services Direct, who are expanding their business in the current market.”
